HR Advisory
We collaborate and provide strategic HR advisory through performing a deep-dive assessment on an organization’s human resources procedure to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities.
- Reviewing the current HR structure and providing recommendations.
- Providing consultation and advisory services via email, phone, or videoconference during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, excluding holidays.
- Addressing all HR queries, questions, and concerns from owners and employees.
- Drafting employment contracts, inter-office memorandums, holiday updates, new labor circulars, and similar documents.
- Conducting a monthly meeting (maximum of 2 hours) at your office or virtually, scheduled at a mutually convenient time.
- Handling other HR-related matters as required.
