Responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems to meet organizational needs. They collaborate with business owners and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications for developers.
Responsibilities:
● Resolve issues raised by users within agreed SLAs
● Perform testing for change requests
● Assess impact of upgrades and perform relevant regression test
● Conduct root cause analysis for Problem Records when applicable
● Apply system configuration for changes or implementation of new capabilities
● Work with other CIT and business counterparts to address new requirements or
fix integration issues
● Provide recommendations to improve processes or system performance
● Liase with Coupa for tickets that require Coupa’s attention
